I ordered a presidente Stetson 100x felt hat and first of all, I paid for true 2-3 day shipping and I received the hat 2 weeks later (I understand it’s peak season). I was never contacted about my package being shipped or that it was running late. When I did receive the package, it did not come in the hat case it shouldn’t cane with or the authenticity certificate. The felt was nothing like the felt hat that is advertised on the website. Don’t make the same mistake I did. When I called customer service, the lady helping me over the phone, was rude. Stated that the hat I received was “more expensive” than the one on the site (pictured). If I wanted something “more expensive” I would have purchased that one to begin with. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience she just said “well if you don’t like it you can just send it back”. If I could give this business a 0, I would.
