Henschel Breezer Aussie Style Vented Cloth Hat
This packable cloth hat is made of cotton twill with nylon mesh fabric making up the sides of the crown to allow wonderful ventilation.  The top of the crown and the brim are solid fabric to protect your head and neck from the sun. It has been treated for rain resistance so it will withstand that unexpected shower (although I wouldn't recommend wearing it as a rain hat all the time!)
