This custom cowboy hat is a replica of the one worn by "The Duke" in The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.  It comes complete with "trail dust" and his signature crease. His hats had tall crowns and varying brim widths.  This brim is 4 1/2-4 3/4 inches.  Shown in Bone color.  7X fur felt quality. Other qualities available - 10X, 15X, 20X.  Made in the USA. This is a great Old West style cowboy that can be worn by men and women alike. The two tone double-ribbon hat band is especially fancy looking. Complete with Trail Dust on the hat. 7X quality.  Shown with a 3 1/2-inch brim.

We got the idea for this particular hat from Garth (Michael Caine) in Secondhand Lions.  We embellished it a bit and it turned out well.  Custom made in the USA in our Arizona shops.
